At Fuel Meals we allow you to pick from our menu that our chefs have created; or you can build out your meals according to your specific dietary requirements; a luxury we were the first in the industry to provide. We don’t limit our clients on choices and don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We understand that every client is different and has different needs and goals.

We only use high quality ingredients in every meal. All of our meat is hormone and anti-biotic free. Our fish is wild caught. Our vegetables are sourced locally and are organic pesticide free. From a user standpoint we also have integrated technology into our website to allow for full transparency when deciding on which meals you would like to purchase.
No, we use absolutely no preservatives in our meals. All of our food is cooked fresh to order. We receive shipments of fresh ingredients on a daily basis from several food vendors and purveyors throughout the Northeastern United States.
We begin our week on Sunday; however, only our kitchen staff is present on Sunday. Our office staff is present from Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST responding to emails as well as executing our day to day operations.
You can do one of two things: call 844-EAT-FUEL or email us at email@example.com. We recommend email. Email is much more efficient and also creates a paper trail in regards to a client’s transaction.
If emails are submitted after 6pm they will not receive a response until the following business day. Also, if emails are sent on non-business days during the weekend they will not receive a response until we resume our normal hours of operation.
Meals can be stored in your refrigerator for up to 4-5 days due to the fact that we seal our meals air tight; however, we recommend freezing them if you do not plan on consuming them within a 4-5 day period. Meals can be frozen for up to one month.
We always recommend that you defrost your meals if they were previously frozen prior to heating them.
If heating at refrigerated temperature, perforate film and heat for approximately 2-3 minutes on high.
For oven heating at refrigerated temperature, remove all of the film from the top of the tray and lightly cover with foil. Heat at 325 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes.
If heating meals in the microwave from a frozen state, perforate film and heat for approximately 5-6 minutes on high.
For oven heating meals from a frozen state, remove all of the film from the top of the tray and cover lightly with foil. Heat at 325 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes.
Add additional heating time to meals if needed.
Both meal sizes for a particular entrée would be the same in terms of ingredients. A Performance Portion is geared more towards an individual who requires a higher caloric intake due to high levels of physical exertion. A Fit Portion is geared more towards an individual who is looking to lose weight or maintain their current weight.
There is no customization of any entrée. The meals are as is and there is no substituting. If you want a more custom meal please build out a meal on the custom meals menu.
Once you select a meal the nutritional facts for that meal will appear. The numbers will automatically adjust if you begin changing certain items. Furthermore, all of our entrees have a nutritional facts on them once they arrive to you at your home or your place of business.

Our meal minimum is 7 items per order. After that a client must select the amount of items in multiples of 7. An order must be:
Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Please keep in mind Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
Even though our menu is extremely comprehensive we still are looking for ways to improve our overall user experience, base, and the demographics we can cater to. If there are enough requests for a particular food item we will put it on our menu.

Yes we can. In an effort to make this a seamless transition for a client who has decided to start going down the path of making healthier food choices we have put together packages on our menu. These packages were specifically designed in an effort to ease the burden of counting calories. Simply select a package that makes economic sense for you and let us provide you with a robust set of meals that doesn’t leave any room for error.
Due to insurance reasons the only individuals permitted into the Fuel Meals headquarters and manufacturing facility are approved vendors and Fuel Meals’ employees.

Yes, as long as the hotel is in the United States.
Please submit your order 2-3 business days prior to your arrival. Please note your exact arrival date in the order notes section of your order. If the room is not under your name and is under the name of a spouse, mother, brother, etc. make sure you include that name as part of the shipping address. Hotels will not accept a package if the name on the package does not match up with the name on the reservation.
All we ask is that you inform your hotel the day prior to arrival that you will be expecting a package.
We charge a flat rate depending on your location. This can be determined once you add your address to your order.
We ship your package using FedEx Express, Ground, and Home Delivery.
We package your meals in polyurethane coolers. We use dry ice blocks and pellets for every package which ensures a safe delivery. Our transit times range from 24-48 hours depending on your geographical location.
We can fit 7, 14, 21, or 28 meals in our custom shipping containers. Any orders above 28 meals will be assessed additional shipping charges.
We ship Monday through Thursday. With deliveries arriving Tuesday through Saturday. We currently have Saturday delivery for Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, Indiana, Chicago Metropolitan, Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, The Carolinas, and Northern Georgia.
The simple answer is no. The only way to ensure a Monday delivery is to send it out the Friday prior. Unfortunately, our boxes will only stay refrigerated in transit for 48 hours. By the time your package arrives on Monday the food would be spoiled. Our shipping does not start until Monday so the earliest a client can receive their package during the week is Tuesday or Wednesday depending on that client’s geographic location.
Tracking numbers are emailed in two instances: 1) When your order has been processed by our kitchen and 2) When FedEx scans your package upon picking it up from our facility. Please allow 12-24 hours to receive your tracking information after you have submitted your order.

If your meals are damaged please take a photo of the meals in question and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly issue you a coupon code for the monetary value of those meals to be used on a subsequent order. If a meal arrives with a small incision on the plastic seal this is not considered damage. Damaged meals are specifically meals that are entirely open with the contents of them outside of the original meal tray.

If we find that your package was in transit for more than 48 hours we will resend the package at no charge to you or issue a coupon for the full transaction price to be used on a future order. If a package is delayed due to the courier we ask that you always accept the package. If the package is refused by the client we have no record of it ever being delivered late; therefore, we will be unable to resend another package. Fuel Meals will attempt to re-deliver a new package at no cost to the client; however, if the courier delays the second package on a re-attempt Fuel Meals assumes no liability. Furthermore, Fuel Meals will not resend a third package. The client may than seek to file a claim with the courier.
Although this is very uncommon, if a custom meal has a missing item i.e. protein, carbohydrate, or vegetable we will refund 70% of the total meal price for a missing protein and 15% of the total meal price for a missing carbohydrate or vegetable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept return shipments and do not grant full refunds. Furthermore, Fuel Meals assumes no liability for orders with incorrect or missing shipping addresses, omitted business information, or contact information i.e. phone or email. If Fuel Meals ships a package with missing information not provided by the client upon checkout Fuel Meals reserves the right to exercise its non-refund policy in its entirety.
