Meet Athlete & fitness coach, Nick Walker

Nick’s Bio/Accomplishments:

I am a former division 1 baseball player turned personal trainer and health and wellness content creator. I have a Master’s Degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Human Movement and Facilitation. At 6 foot 4, 235lbs, I have run 3 marathons, often running 50-60 miles per week all while maintaining muscle mass and healthy joints through my nutrition philosophy.

Nick’s Philosophy

My philosophy in nutrition is to prioritize protein— oftentimes, counting macros and dieting can be scary for someone that may not know where to start. Prioritizing protein will help you curb cravings, stay fuller for longer, improve recovery and sleep, and
ultimately keep your calories dense (weight management).

Upcoming goals

I plan to walk/run across America in the near future once organized
on the back end then turn my efforts to ultramarathons (100 mile
races) and Ironman events.

Nick’s Clients

I have trained hundreds of clients (in person or online) ranging from the client that has never worked out to professional http://athletes.as/ for the remaining, macros/meal prep list, etc. please give me until Monday morning to get back to you with Nick’s top meal selections.

FAQ’s

We only use high-quality ingredients in every meal. We support local vendors and aim to
purchase the highest quality ingredients. All of our meat is hormone and anti-biotic free, our
fish is wild caught and our vegetables are sourced locally and are organic-pesticide free.

When you sign up for a subscription, you are charged every week and have food shipped to
you every week by default - unless, of course, you choose to skip a week of food or pause
or cancel your subscription. We also offer a bi-weekly option during checkout.

In your subscription dashboard, aside from the meals you selected for your first order, we also display seven future orders. These are based on pre-selected meals identical to your original order.

The menu we select for each order is based on the meals you selected during your first order. You are free to go in and update the meals for any future week to whatever you desire, provided you do so by the order cutoff date for each week.

All subscription updates must be complete before Sundays at 9:00 pm EST. After this time, we are unable to make any edits or cancel your orders.

We will send you an email reminder one day before your billing cycle so you can make any necessary changes to your account.

Meals arrive fresh, not frozen. At Fuel, we prioritize delivering the highest quality and freshness to your doorstep. Our meals are meticulously crafted and then immediately chilled before packaging to preserve their nutritional value and flavor. This ensures that when your Fuel Meals arrive, they are in optimal condition, ready to be conveniently heated and enjoyed.

Chilled Packaging: Our meals are carefully sealed and packed in insulated coolers with gel packs to maintain freshness for up to 3 days in transit. This method of preservation guarantees the freshness and quality of your Fuel Meals upon arrival.

After that, sealed meals maintain freshness for 7 days in the fridge and 3 months in
the freezer.
